But Mercedes Me does so much more than just connect you with your vehicle – it is a complete ecosystem of products and services that offer more convenience than any other vehicle service you’ve ever experienced.

Mercedes Me Services

As with anything Mercedes-Benz offers, the Mercedes Me experience is world-class. The innovative services, products and lifestyle offers from Mercedes-Benz and other partners in the network allow you to personalize your ownership experience. It also allows you to enjoy the benefits and perks of owning a Mercedes-Benz vehicle, even when you’re away from home. With special access to Mercedes-Benz rentals vehicles, limo services and even access to partner resorts, you’ll feel in the lap of luxury even when you’re traveling. Mercedes Me services include:

• Mercedes Connect me. Offers access to vehicle diagnostics in case of breakdown or emergency situation. Also offers remote online services that allow you to control your Mercedes-Benz from your smart phone or other connected device. Live traffic information is also part of the Connect me service, and allows you to calculate your route and determine your arrival time with dynamically adjusted guidance.
• Mercedes Move me. This is the service that allows you complete freedom and mobility. From access to Car2Go and Car2Go Black Mercedes B-Class vehicles, you’re never without a ride. It also includes access to Mercedes-Benz rentals and the exclusive Blacklane chauffer service when you need it.
• Mercedes Assist me. Service, maintenance and repairs to your Mercedes-Benz vehicle are also a part of the Mercedes Me experience. Your vehicle will notify us here at Mercedes-Benz of Westminster when there is a need for service or maintenance. It will also monitor the functions of your car and let us know if an impending problem seems likely. We’ll then contact you to schedule a service call.
• Mercedes Finance me. Access to financing, leasing and insurance information is also a part of the Mercedes Me service offerings. Complete flexibility with your financing and control over your monthly payment plan is just another part of the Mercedes Me experience.
• Mercedes Inspire me. Mercedes-Benz is about more than world-class vehicles and services, it’s about a lifestyle. With Mercedes Me you have access to a wealth of luxurious entertainment and lifestyle events that simply add to the value and things you love about Mercedes-Benz.
