    Folks in Boulder really value the locally owned and operated businesses in town, and tend to frequent them regularly. Here are some of the ways you can support local shops:

  • Stroll the Pearl Street Mall and visit the many independent businesses run by Boulder shop owners
  • Visit the Boulder Farmer’s Market, the largest grower-only market in Colorado. Also, be sure to check out the artists and artisans in Central Park next to the market
  • The Hill District near the University of Colorado campus has many eclectic shops, thrift stores, used book shops, and even street vendors
